How to raise a complaint or a concern, and how we respond, including protection for whistleblowers.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, please tell us at info@corpshore.co.uk. We acknowledge complaints promptly, investigate fairly, and aim to respond with a clear outcome. If you are not satisfied with our response, we will escalate it within the business.
Whistleblowing
We encourage anyone to raise genuine concerns about wrongdoing, such as illegality, danger to health and safety, or a breach of our policies. The Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 protects qualifying disclosures.
How we handle concerns
Concerns are taken seriously, handled confidentially where possible, and investigated. No one who raises a genuine concern in good faith will suffer detriment as a result.
How to raise a concern
Raise a concern by emailing info@corpshore.co.uk with enough detail for us to look into it. You may raise it openly or ask that your identity is kept confidential.
